本研究旨在探討中藥方劑參耆草對單腎血管結紮病變型高血壓之降血壓效果。血壓測定結果。口服參耆草500mg/kg之大鼠,240分鐘後出現最大的降血壓效果下降40mmHg(p<0.01);口服Nifedipine 0.6mg/kg之對照組,30分鐘後得到最大之血壓效果下降0mmHg(p<0.05)。自發運動測定結果:口服參耆草250mg/kg和500mg/kg與口服0.9%NaCl之組群比較,對一般行為顯示出無任何不良的副作用。抗不安作用測定項結果:口服參耆草250mg/kg和500mg/kg之小鼠誘發出睡眠的時間較口服0.9%NaCl之組群為快(p<0.05),而其持續睡眠的時間也較口服0.9%NaCl之組群為長。大白鼠腦內monoamine含量之測定結果:口服參耆草250mg/kg和500mg/kg,其腦內皮質部Dopamine(DA)、Noradrenaline(NA)及Serotonin (5-HT)皆呈現有意義之減少(p<0.05)。腎血管結紮之大鼠其心臟、腎臟及脾臟於重量比較上並無顯著之差異;但觀察病理組織切片時,口服參耆草之組群與0.9%NaCl之對照組群相比較,可顯著降低對冠狀動脈類纖維蛋白壞死及腎絲球萎縮變化;但在脾臟之病理組織切片則無顯著之差異。由以上實驗之結果使我們推論出參耆草對腎病變型之高血壓具有良好降血壓之效果。
This study is no investigate the effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine-SanChiTsao (S.C.T.) on renal hypertension in two-kidney-one-clip rats (2K1C Rats). After 240 minutes by administration of 500 mg/kg S.C.T. in 2K1C Rats, the blood pressure was significantly decreased 40mmHg (p<0.01) and maintained for 4 hours. However, 0.6mg/kg nifedipine caused the optimal antihypertensive effect (B.P. decreased 20mmHg, p<0.05) at 30 minutes from administation and maintained for 5 hours; S.C.T. also significantly decreased sclerosis of renal corpuscles and necrosis of coronary vessels. From these results, it appears that S.C.T. has a potent antihypertensive effect on renal hypertension and decreases cardiovascular injury in rats. This is worth for continuous research in the future.
