    Abstract: 將黃金電極置於幾千赫茲的頻率下,快速變動於氫氣生成反應區與金屬氧化物成長區,來增加金屬表面的面積,以提高偵測訊號。此法利用電位差在黃金電極的氧化狀態與還原狀態間的快速移動下形成AuOH(ads),對葡萄糖的氧化具有明顯的增強效果。
    Polycrystalline gold surface by treating with square wave potential program to enhance the signal of electrochemical oxidation of glucose was studied. The result indicates that after such perturbing the glucose oxidation wave is almost ten times bigger than the original one. And, gold would be an useful electrode for sensor applications.
