    Abstract: 醫學倫理的討論在近十年來已在台灣蔚然成風。不但在醫學院,更在各地醫院都有以醫學倫理為主題的課程,研討會或演講。這是台灣在醫病關係上與國際社會醫療新情勢同步前進的開始,不但值得慶幸更應積極繼續強調。但醫學倫理的教學與研討,到底有沒有任何效用?課程的增設基本上就是「言教」的加強,但有關倫理道德之情操的事,能不能在課堂上,當成一個學科來教導?倫理道德的培養不是一種感化與薰陶嗎?這是很多台灣學者的疑問。本研究計畫也是針對此疑問來提出,其目的有三:(1)設計一個評估問卷,來調查學生在研讀醫學倫理前後,對醫療倫理問題看法與決定之異同。(2)利用此一問卷調查之結果,來評估醫學倫理教學與討論之成效性。(3)由與學生討論來整理出一個學習及研討醫學倫理之方法,使理論與實際能夠相互配合。
