生育觀念對不孕婦女之身心社會壓力反應扮演著重要的角色。本研究旨在發展出一份具本土實用性的生育觀念量表，用於日後評估不孕婦女之身心社會壓力反應。 此為第二年計畫，目的是為測試「不孕婦女的生育觀念量表」之信度與效度，研究對象為接受生殖科技治療的不孕症婦女，以問卷調查方式共完成 238 份完整問卷。 「生育觀念量表」經由因素分析翠取出五個因素，分別為： 「自我及社會之性別認 同」、「婚姻及家產保障」 、「家庭及人生圓滿」 、「精神寄託」 、「傳宗接代，延續生命」 ， 此五個因素可解釋的總變異量為 64.31%。在信度方面，「生育觀念量表」之五個因素 的 Cronbach's α與再測信度分別介於 0.72-0.87 與 0.60-0.76，顯示本量表具有良好的內 在一致性且具穩定性。本研究所發展具本土實用性的生育觀念量表，未來期望於臨床實際應用，並經由不斷的測試及修正，以提升量表之準確度，據此用來評估不孕婦女的文化層面內涵及需求，促進不孕婦女整體性健康照顧之完整模式。
It's well known that childbearing attitude plays an important role in psychosocial distress of infertile women. The purpose of this study was to develop a suitable questionnaire of childbearing attitude to assess the psychosocial responses of infertile women. The main goal of the second-year project was to test reliability and validity through interviewing total of 238 infertile women receiving assisted reproduction by questionnaire. Childbearing attitude questionnaire is composed of 5 domains by the method of factor analysis: self and social identification of gender, marriage and household prosperity, family and life well-being, mental support, and continuity of life and generation. The covariance of these five factors was 64.31%. Regarding reliability, Cronbach's .ALPHA. and test-retest or for five factors of childbearing attitude questionnaire was around 0.72-0.87 and 0.60-0.76, respectively. It's is found that there is acceptable internal consistency of the questionnaire in terms of culture aspects and demands of infertile women by further test and revision in the future.
