Abstract:	當醫療糾紛頻現各大媒體時，「醫德」問題開始人們日益關注。以往對於醫學倫理的研究，學者們傾向于借助西方哲學原則。而本文致力於探索中國傳統文化影響下的醫道精神，認借中國古人之智慧指導今日之倫理實踐，更符合東方情境，更具可行性。而中國傳統文化各學派的思想中，墨家提倡「無差等」之愛和「兼愛」天下，與傳統醫道精神最相契合。因此本文由墨家思想入手，通過對墨子原著的研究，發掘出與醫療情境相匹配的墨家精神，即「無私奉獻」、「視人若己」、「寬容尊重」。本文認醫師若能具備墨家精神，則能更好的照護病患、樹立良好的專業形象。這不僅符合社會的期許、病人的期望，還能幫助提升醫院的組織績效，這也正體現了墨家「兼愛交利」的思想。因此，墨家思想教育應該被引入醫師之教育培訓課程，而現代商業化消費社會情境下，墨家的「貴義」、「兼愛」應當成的醫療機構組織管理之最高目標，以促使組織倫理氣候的形成，幫助醫師醫道精神的提升。 When the patient disputes are frequently showed on the major media, medical ethics problems have aroused widespread concern. Previously, the scholars tended to use the principle of western philosophy to do the research on medical ethics. But this paper is committed to explore the medical spirit, which is influenced by the Chinese traditional culture. And it believes that, it is more suitable to the eastern circumstances and more feasible that using the Chinese ancients' wisdom in guiding the ethical practice. Among the school of thoughts of Chinese traditional culture, Mohist promote Love-without-Distinction and universal love, and it is the most suitable to the traditional medical spirit. Based on the research on the Mozi original, this paper studies the Mohist spirits which are in line with the medical circumstances, they are tolerance and respect, selfless dedication and viewing others as themselve. This paper holds that, if doctors can have the Mohist spirits, they should look after the patients more carefully, and establish much more professional images. And it not only suits with the social and patients' expectation, but also helps to promote the hospital organizational performance, and it reflects the Mohist thoughts of “Universal love and Mutual good". Mohist ideological education should be introduced into the doctors' training courses, and in the circumstances of modern commercial society, Mohist Universal love should became the top goal of the hospital organizational management. And it can help the organization to form the ethical atmosphere, and the doctors to promote their medical spirits.
