    Abstract: 為評估畜牧業工人在工作過程中生物氣膠之暴露及其引發之健康效應,本研究以某特定雞舍內工作之雞農所處的環境為對象,以定點式及雞農攜帶式採樣器進行採集雞舍內空氣樣本,經培養後計數其生成菌落數;並測量雞農工作前後尖峰吐氣流量。結果顯示,在養雞第5、12、19、26、35天,個人可呼吸性細菌濃度依序分別為1.08×10^4 CFU/立方公尺、1.58×10^5 CFU/立方公尺、2.15×10^5 CFU/立方公尺、7.52×10^5 CFU/立方公尺、7.82×10^5 CFU/立方公尺,而個人可呼吸性真菌濃度依序分別為1.44×10^3 CFU/立方公尺、8.75×10^3 CFU/立方公尺、1.50×10^4 CFU/立方公尺、4.97×10^4 CFU/立方公尺、6.35×10^4 CFU/立方公尺。在養雞第5、12、19、26、35、41天,養雞場內定點可呼吸性細菌濃度依序分別為1.04×10^4 CFU/立方公尺、3.41×10^4 CFU/立方公尺、9.27×10^4 CFU/立方公尺、8.13×10^4 CFU/立方公尺、9.96×10^4 CFU/立方公尺、1.56×10^5 CFU/立方公尺;而養雞場內定點可呼吸性真菌濃度依序則為1.10×10^3 CFU/立方公尺、4.19×10^3 CFU/立方公尺、3.97×10^3 CFU/立方公尺、8.97×10^3 CFU/立方公尺、1.13×10^4 CFU/立方公尺、1.15×10^4 CFU/立方公尺。本研究發現,養雞場中可呼吸性細菌及真菌濃度隨著雞隻成長而顯著提高。且隨著雞隻的成長,工人每次工作後尖峰吐氣流量減少量有越來越大的趨勢。
    This study investigates worker exposure to bioaerosols and its effect on health by identifying the characteristics of the respirable portion of the bioaerosols and the peak expiratory flow rate (PEFR) in a mechanically-ventilated enclosed chicken pen. Methods: The indoor fixed-site samples and the personal samples carried by the worker were collected using a respirable particle sampler. The PEFR was measured at the beginning and at the end of every work shift. Results: When the chickens were 5, 12, 19, 26, and 35 days old, the personal respirable bacterial concentrations were 1.08×10^4 CFU/m^3, 1.58×10^5 CFU/m^3, 2.15×10^5 CFU/m^3, 7.52×10^5 CFU/m^3 and 7.82×10^5 CFU/m^3, respectively. The fungal concentrations were 1.44×10^3 CFU/m^3, 8.75×10^3 CFU/m^3, 1.50×10^4 CFU/m^3, 4.97×10^4 CFU/m^3 and 6.35×10^4 CFU/m^3, respectively. The fixed-site respirable bacterial concentrations when the chickens were 5, 12, 19, 26, 35, and 41 days old were 1.04×10^4 CFU/m^3, 3.41×10^4 CFU/m^3, 9.27×10^4 CFU/m^3, 8.13×10^4 CFU/m^3, 9.96×10^4 CFU/m^3 and 1.56×10^5 CFU/m^3, respectively. Conclusion: The worker was exposed to increased concentrations of bio-aerosols as the chickens became older. The PEFR was found to decline after a work shift, and the amount it declined was found to increase as the chickens matured.
