    Abstract: 氧化鋯因為其具有較高的強度以及穩定度受到廣泛的應用,不論是在生活上,例如:廚房中的刀具、刨刀、鍋子、甚至是寶石中的鋯石與在實驗中用於燒結用的鋯杯,還是在牙醫中的全瓷牙冠也是使用氧化鋯,還有在醫學上的植體、支架、還是骨水泥都有使用氧化鋯,但由於強度高而有應力遮蔽效應反而會造成植體周圍的組織容易損壞,也因為過於穩定幾乎不太容易被降解而產生問題,所以本實驗試著將高生物活性的鈣矽粉末與氧化鋯混合藉著各種實驗得測試進而觀察本篇材料是否能達到符合人體骨骼的強度以及較好的生物活性。
    Zirconia has widely application because good strength and stability on previous study [1], but zirconia also have some defect like: poor bioactivity. So, this study will improve the bioactivity of zirconia by subjoin Ca-Si powder to add to active. Frist, we put 2N HNO3 into TEOS and stir by stirrer 1 hour, then add Etoh go stir 1 hour, final subjoin Ca(NO3)2.4H2O to stir 1 hour, we got solution like jelly and drying 1 day 60°C. When got the Ca-Si powder, mixed with zirconia by ball milling, and the ratio of Ca-Si powder/ zirconia is 0/100, 5/95, 10/90, 15/85, and 20/80. After ball milling, took solution into oven with 120°C one day, then put powder into the steel mold and pressure 100 MPa, we can get ingots and in the furnace 1300°C. The block we got can apart two section; one is no soaking, the other one is soaking. The part of no soaking goes scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffractometer (XRD), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), biaxial strength test, three strength test, and hardness. Soaking test put sample into SBF solution, which simulate human body’s environment, and soak time is 1 month, 3 month, and 6 month. After soaking, took sample to do SEM, XRD, FTIR, EDX, biaxial strength test, three strength test and hardness. Apatite structure will find on SEM and also Ca-Si structure, XRD and FTIR will find the composition of the sample and strength of biaxial strength test, three strength test, and hardness. The scale of Ca-Si powder/ zirconia 5/95 has higher strength than other proportion, maybe because of Ca-Si atom fill the vacancy of zirconia’s structure. We can discover when proportion of Ca-Si 5/95 has better strength but biological changed for the better
