    Title: 在不同表面處理下鈦及其合金與牙科樹脂間鍵結強度的比較

    Abstract: 牙科?復物材料包括金屬、陶瓷及樹脂材料,由於鈦與鈦合金具有高耐腐蝕性、良好的機械性質以及生物相容性;而複合樹脂具有可塑性、操作簡易、價格低廉等優點,因此它們被廣泛使用在牙科修復物中。本研究目的主要是對鈦及其合金進行表面處理,試圖提高鈦金屬與牙科樹脂間的鍵結強度,並探討熱處理溫度、酸鹼處理及冷熱循環對於鈦金屬與牙科樹脂間的鍵結強度之影響。使用XRD分析試片晶體結構,利用SEM觀察表面形態,藉由GDS評估鈦氧化層厚度。
    結果顯示鈦及其合金經熱處理後,純鈦的鍵結強度呈現提高的趨勢,與對照組在統計學上有顯著的差異(p<0.05)。而在鈦合金方面由於表面過度氧化,鈦合金與牙科樹脂間的鍵結強度隨熱處理溫度升高有下降的趨勢。經1M NaOH與1M H2SO4浸泡處後,鈦及其合金與牙科樹脂間的鍵結強度皆有提高的趨勢,與對照組在統計學上有顯著的差異(p<0.05)。經過6000與20000次的冷熱循環試驗後,純鈦的鍵結強度無明顯的下降,而兩種鈦合金皆有下降的趨勢。
    結果證明,熱處理溫度600-800?C可提升純鈦與牙科樹脂間的鍵結強度,酸鹼處理有助於增加鈦及其合金與牙科樹脂間的鍵結強度,本實驗所使用的表面處理結果均達到ISO 9693中金屬與陶瓷修復材料間鍵結強度的標準要求(>25MPa)。
    In dentistry dental restoration mainly include the metal, the ceramics, the resin.Ti and its alloys are generally used for dental restorations, because of their corrosion, good mechanical properties, excellent biocompatibility, and the composite resin has the plasticity, easy operation, cheaper etc. The purpose of this study was trying to improve the bonding strength between the titanium and the dental resin, and investigating the heat treatment temperature, acid and alkali treatment, and thermal cycles for the bond strength between the titanium and the dental resin. XRD, SEM, and GDS were used for the analysis of the resultant oxide layers.
    The experimental results showed that titanium by heat treatment, had significant effect on bond strength(p<0.05). And titanium alloys had over-oxidation of the surface, so the bonding strength showed downward trend. Then immersed 1M NaOH and 1M H2SO4 solution , the experimental results present that immersion groups were had significant effect on bond strength(p<0.05). After 6000 and 20000 times thermal cycling test, titanium had no significant decrease on bond strength and two titanium alloys both had a downward trend.
    Experimental results showed that heat treatment and cid and alkali treatment could improve the bonding strength between titanium and dental resin. All methods of surface treatment were used in this study passed the requirements of ISO 9693 (> 25 MPa) which is the standard of metal-ceramic dental restorative systems.
