    Abstract: 本計畫以全面提升藥物上市臨床試驗之關鍵環境為主要目標,著重符合人體試驗倫理、法規管理、藥品(暨醫療器材草案)優良臨床試驗規範,優良實驗室規範等,以執行優質臨床試驗為目標,並全方位提昇新藥臨床試驗之品質,包括從最初臨床試驗設計、計畫書撰寫、案件的申請與送審等,均能符合法規要求。本院「臨床試驗中心」積極配合衛生署食品藥物管理局(TFDA)各項政策,在現有良好基礎下,積極發揮全方位臨床試驗管理機構的角色功能,主動整合與調節本院院內優秀臨床醫師擔任計劃主持人,並且積極接洽國內外藥廠、生物製藥/生技公司、委辦服務機構及衛生署法規單位等機構相關計畫。未來,本院將秉持一貫精神,持續配合國家政策,訓練更多醫藥研發人才,以期能吸引產業界之資金挹注,發展有品質效率且符合倫理之臨床試驗,並期許本院能成為中台灣之臨床試驗樞紐,全方位的提供優質臨床試驗執行場所,提昇國際之競爭力,同時也推動台灣的生技製藥產業,早日在國際醫藥品研發製造中,佔有關鍵的一席。
    The main goal of this project is the comprehensive improvement of the key environment to promote new drug marketing, and the focus on ethics, the regulations, GCP and GLP etc. We will fully adopt the government’s policy, integrate men powers and facilities in our hospital, and collaborate with pharmaceutical and bio- pharmaceutical companies. In the future, we will do our best in driving Taiwan to be the international “Asia-Pacific Clinical Trial Center”
