本研究的目的在於評估非侵襲性子宮頸癌患者在經歷單純的子宮切除手術之後，其尿動力機能是否改變。本研究之25位患者年齡約為44歲並且都是生育過的婦女，其子宮頸癌的進行期分類是為0期。每一位患者在手術之前和手術後第三個月都分別進行了一次尿動力機能的測試，測量項目包括尿流速、膀胱壓力容積和尿道壓力。比較所有的測量結果，除了餘尿量和尿道功能長度在手術前後有顯著的改變之外，其餘功能都沒有因為單純的子宮切除手術而產生改變。因此我們推論，單純的子宮切除手術並不會對患者的尿動力機能產生進一步的影響。
要 To elucidate the impact of simple hysterectomy upon the urodynamic findings of patients with preinvasive cervical cancer, twenty-five patients with cervical cancer at stage 0 who underwent simple hysterectomy were recruited. Each patient underwent a urodynamic study prior to and 3 months after simple hysterectomy. McNemar test and paired t -test were utilized for analysis. The median age of the 25 patients was 44 years with a median parity of 3. Comparing the urodynamic parameters of both bladder voiding and storage functions pre- and post-surgery, besides residual urine volume and functional urethral length, we did not find significant impairments postoperatively in all 25 cases. We concluded that simple hysterectomy does not adversely affect urinary functions after surgery.
