本整合行研究計畫是要在中山醫學大學建立自體免疫疾病中心，結合本校免疫所生命科學系及臨床相關醫師共同合作之計畫，包括總計劃及五個子計畫：總計畫：Autoimmune disease center子計畫一：Proteomic analyses of methylarginine modification in autoimmune diseases子計畫二：The effect of transglutaminase 2 on apoptosis in systemic lupus erythematosus子計畫三：Role of transglutaminase 2 in the clearance of apoptotic cells子計畫四：The pathogenesis of rheumatoid arthritis: Protein deimination in antigenrecognition and autoantibody generation, and the regulation and function ofpeptidylarginine deiminase IV子計畫五：The role of endoplasmic reticulum stress-mediated apoptosis in autoimmunediseases六計畫皆按照原先計畫進行，總計畫已把臨床病人之資料建立電子檔案，對分析病人及實驗室研究成果之比較有很大之幫助，我們收集60個SLE病人、120個RA 病人、30個sjogren's syndrpme 之病人及其他之自體免疫疾病資料，包括生日、年齡、病史、用藥、診斷值、自體免疫疾病嚴重程度等等。
