    Title: DMBA誘發口腔癌之發育過程中倉鼠淋巴球染色體-系列變化之研究

    Abstract: Shklar(1972)等學者已證明DMBA能誘發倉鼠口腔頰黏膜癌化及血管增生。目前認為DMBA的致癌過程是DMBA結合細胞中的DNA成為DMBA-DNA adducts所致。本實驗的目的,藉著觀察倉鼠的血液淋巴球細胞染色體變化,來探討DMBA或DMBA-DNA adducts經由循環而影響全身系統,導致口腔頰黏膜易於癌化的可能性。本實驗取40隻倉鼠分成四組。其中三組為實驗組,每週三次連續14週分別塗抹0.1、0.25、0.5%濃度的DMBA(7,12-dimethyl benz〔a〕anthracene溶在Mineral oil中);餘下一組為對照組,只塗抹Mineral oil。在實驗第0、8、10、12、14、16、18週結束時,採取倉鼠頸靜脈血培養及觀察淋巴球細胞的染色體變化。由實驗結果,我們發現倉鼠淋巴球細胞的染色體變化在這四組之間沒有顯著的差異(克一史二樣本分析,p>0.05)。所以,我們認為DMBA或DMBA DNA adducts不會經由循環而影響全身系統的改變,導致倉鼠口腔頰黏膜易於癌化作用。
