    Abstract: 異(p-value=0.0145)。後續行分層分析,發現女性的高脂肪攝取量與cg022632260有正相關 (β=0.00597; 95%CI=0.0010061-0.01133),而趨勢分析有統計學上的意義(p-value=0.0283)。總結,高脂肪飲食的女性有較高的cg02263260位點的甲基化,趨勢分析有意義。我們猜測高脂肪飲食對於CDH13 cg02263260位點的甲基化的影響在性別上有所不同。女性且較高脂肪飲食者會有較高的CDH13 cg02263260位點的甲基化。
