研究背景與目的:在2019 年,台灣醫學教育屬於轉換時期,由7 年
制轉換成6 年制。而對6 年制醫學生而言,少了一年的實習醫師訓練,
在臨床技術操作上,也有著較少的機會在病房學習。本研究探討醫學
教育制度與臨床技術熟練度的相關性。
研究方法:使用2019 年之醫學生的問卷資料,進行案例對照,實驗
組為7 年制度的醫學生30 人,而對照組則為6 年制度的醫學生30 人,
以分析醫學生與臨床技術操作的熟練度。
研究結果:本研究中,7 年制度的醫學生臨床技術操作的熟練度,分
析發現Cronbach’s alpha coefficient 都大於 0.7。
結論與應用:而研究發現有顯著差異,7 年制度的醫學生臨床技術操
作的熟練度較佳。
Background and Objective : At present, medical education in Taiwan
had transition period in 2019, from 7-year program, to 6-year program.
For 6-year program medical students, there was one year less training for
internship. For a year difference in internship, there were fewer
opportunities to study in the ward and clinical skills. This study explores
the correlation between the medical education system and proficiency in
clinical skills.
Method : Using the questionnaire data of medical students in 2019 for
case comparison. The experimental group consisted of 30 medical
students of 7-year progrom, and the control group consisted of 30 medical
students of 6-year program, and to analyze the learning efficacy of
clinical skills among medical students.
Results : In this study, 7-year program medical students were found to
have the Cronbach alpha coefficient score all greater than 0.7 in terms of
clinical skills proficiency.
Conclusion : This study found that 7-year program medical students has
better proficiency in terms of clinical skills, and the result is significant.
