目的：賀爾蒙是由人體內分泌系統各器官分泌及調控的物質，雖然於人體分泌量並不大，但卻對維持人體正常生理功能、及調節代謝正常起著重要作用。分泌過多或過少，都會對身體機能造成嚴重影響。因此，賀爾蒙的檢測對多種疾病有著重要義意。本文目的是探討整理出，目前臨床上較常檢測的賀爾蒙及其相關疾病。方法：以文獻回顧形式，整理與賀爾蒙檢測相關的疾病與、及常用檢驗方法。結論：現今己發現與疾病相關的賀爾蒙檢測非常多，而且一種疾病，並非只由一種賀爾蒙紊亂引起。應結合幾種相關賀爾蒙、或連續監測相關賀爾蒙對疾病作評估。本文以文獻回顧的方式，整理常見的賀爾蒙及相關疾病，以及可以利用的賀爾蒙檢測，以更深入了解賀爾蒙與疾病監測的關係。
Objective: Hormones are substances secreted and regulated by organs of the human endocrine system. Even though hormones are not at a high concentration secreted in body, nevertheless they play an important role in maintaining normal physiological functions and regulating certain crucial metabolisms in body. If hormones are not tightly controlled, increase or decrease their values will result in a severe consequence of body. Therefore, the measurements of hormones are important for certain disease diagnoses. The purpose of this article is to discuss several hormones and their related diseases, and their measurements that are currently practiced in clinical services. Method: In this thesis study, related papers are reviewed and organized based on the diseases related to different hormones and their detections. Conclusion: Many hormones are obviously associated with some diseases, and some of them are even related to multiple endocrine abnormalities. Several related hormones should be used in conjunction, or continuous monitoring of related hormones. In this thesis study, an in-depth understanding of the relationship between hormones and disease monitoring are discussed.
