| 摘要: | 病人安全是全球普遍重視的重要醫療照護議題。組織的病人安全文化會影響病人的安全結果，病人的安全結果則會使醫療機構的醫療品質受到影響。故本研究旨在於以個案醫院員工為研究對象，了解個案醫院員工對病人安全文化的認知情況以及員工對醫療品質的態度，與進一步探索該院病人安全文化與醫療品質態度的關聯性。
本研究採用橫斷面研究設計，利用社會調查法中的問卷調查法，調查個案醫院之不同部門員工對於病人安全文化的認知，以及不同部門員工對醫療品質的態度，探討員工之病人安全文化認知是否對於醫療品質態度造成影響。於2017年12月25日結束收件，共發放617份問卷，回收583份問卷(含1份無效問卷)，有效樣本為582份問卷，有效回收率為0.943，後利用統計分析軟體SPSS第22.0版，以研究架構及研究假設為根據，並配合使用描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、簡單線性迴歸與相關分析等統計方法對樣本進行統計分析。
本研究結果發現員工樣本特性中職業類別、受雇類別、教育程度及是否直接接觸病人會影響員工病人安全文化認知；性別、是否擔任主管、年齡、職業類別及教育程度會影響員工醫療品質態度；員工病人安全文化會影響員工醫療品質態度(P值=0.000)，而相關分析中員工病人安全文化對於員工醫療品質態度呈現正相關(β值=0.485, P值=0.000)。
員工病人安全文化認知對於員工醫療品質態度，無論是在簡單迴歸或是相關分析中，都呈現統計上之顯著差異；且根據相關分析，病人安全文化及醫療品質態度呈現顯著正相關。故當員工病人安全文化認知越高，則員工對於醫療品質態度則會越好。
Patient safety is an important medical care issue that is universally regarded globally. The organization's patient safety culture will affect the results of patient safety, and the results will affect the medical quality of the medical institution. Therefore, this study aims to use the case of hospital staff as research objects to understand the staff’s perceptions of the patient safety culture and their attitude of medical quality, and to further explore the relation of the staff’s perception of patient safety culture and the attitude of medical quality.
In this study, a cross-sectional study was used. The survey was used to investigate the perception of patient safety culture in different departments of case hospitals, and the staff’s attitude of medical quality in different departments, and to discuss whether the patient safety culture was affect the attitude of medical quality. On December 25th, 2017, the recipients closed the questionnaire and distributed 617 questionnaires. 583 questionnaires (including 1 invalid questionnaire) were recovered. The effective sample was 582 questionnaires. The effective recovery rate was 0.943. The statistical analysis software SPSS version 22.0was used. Then I use this software with appropriate statistical analysis methods, which accorded to research framework and research hypothesis to analysis research data.
The results of this study found that occupational categories, types of employment, educational level, and whether or not direct contact with patients in staff’s data characteristics will affect staff’s perceptions patient safety culture; gender, whether to serve as supervisor, age, occupational category, and education level will affect staff's medical quality attitudes; The staff’s perceptions of patient safety culture will affect the staff's attitude of medical quality(P = 0.000), and the staff’s perceptions patient safety culture in the correlation analysis shows a positive correlation with the staff's attitude of medical quality(β = 0.485, P = 0.000).
The staff’s perceptions of patient safety culture have a statistically significant difference in the staff's attitude of medical quality attitude, whether in simple regression or relation analysis. According to correlation analysis, there is a significant positive correlation between staff’s perceptions of patient safety culture and attitude of medical quality. Therefore, the better the staff’s patient safety culture is, the better the staff's medical quality attitude. |
