本文乃運用Watson人性化關懷照護理論之十項關懷照護因素照顧一位被診斷為「重度憂鬱症」之女同性戀者，經由觀察及會談技巧，與個案建立良好之治療性關係，協助宣洩情緒，引導說出內心感受，陪伴個案度過自殺之急性期，提升調適能力，促進自我了解與成長。本文支持Watson人性關懷照護理論，並期待能加以推廣與應用。
The purpose of this article is to report on the application of Watson's Carative Factors theory in the nursing care of a lesbian with major depressive disorder. Through observation and interview, the author helped the patient through catharsis, to express her feelings, and to cope with the acute episode of suicide ideation, helping her discover her abilities to adapt, understand herself and grow within a therapeutic relationship. This article highlights the application of Watson's Theory in nursing practice.
