Abstract: Osteoma is a benign osteogenic tumor arising from the proliferationof cancellous or compact bone. We report a case of a 60-year-old male with osteoma presenting on the right posterior mandible without symptoms during pre-implantation examination. After careful examination, osteoma was surgically removed, followed by filling with synthetic bone graft and implant restoration. The results of this case study may provide treatment guidelines for osteoma from surgical removal to final restoration.
