    摘要: 近視在世界各地是不斷攀升的流行疾病,在台灣更是一個很嚴重的公共衛生問題,學者研究已證實高度近視的併發症會導致失明的可能,如:白內障、青光眼、近視性黃斑部病變及視網膜剝離等疾病。動物實驗指出,周邊視網膜的成像對視覺的發育有重大的關係,另外在Ortho-K的研究中發現,近視越高的族群,能產生越多的相對周邊近視,控制近視的效果越好。 本研究目的藉由先前學者研究,利用ASAP光學分析設計軟體設計周邊屈光之軟式隱形眼鏡,改變視網膜周邊成像近視達到近視控制的目的。研究結果指出,網膜成像的光通量隨周邊視場的增加而降低,另外由正視眼到高度近視,對應不同視角,光通量有下降的趨勢,且由低度近視到高度近視,對應不同視角,經矯正後光通量的曲線變化有一致性,故本設計成功製造出能夠改變周邊屈光的隱形鏡片。Myopia is a rising epidemic in all parts of the word, and in Taiwan it has even become a big public health problem. Studies have shown that complications of high myopia, such as cataract, glaucoma, macular disease and retinal detachment, can lead to blindness. Animal experiments indicate that the imaging of peripheral retina has a significant relationship with the development of vision, and in the study of Ortho-k, it is found that the higher the myopia, the more likely relative peripheral myopia can be produced, but the better the effect of myopia control is. The purpose of this study is to design soft contact lenses for peripheral refraction, using the ASAP optics analysis software to change the myopia of peripheral retina imaging to achieve myopia control. The result indicates that the luminous flux decreases with the increase of peripheral field of view, and that, with respective different angles of viewing, the luminous flux has a downward trend from emmetropia to the high myopia, and that, after refractive correction, with respective different angles of viewing, the curves of the luminous flux change have consistency from low myopia to high myopia. Thus, it can be concluded that the design has successfully created contact lenses which are able to change the peripheral refraction.
