本研究目的在調查聽力損失者使用耳內式藍牙聽覺輔助設備的滿意度。參與研究的對象為31位輕度與中度雙耳對稱感音神經性聽力損失者，平均年齡在39.68歲，當中有27位未曾使用過助聽器和聽覺輔助設備。研究結果顯示輕度及中度聽力損失者於安靜或吵雜環境下交談使用藍牙輔聽設備能與人交談清晰，使用於不同情境下的意願比例以開會或聚會的比例最高，其次是在上課或聽演講時。滿意度是以一般環境、吵雜環境和講電話能聽得清楚為最高，其次才是容易配戴和容易操作，於不同環境下的預期清晰度而言以開會、使用手機和上課較高，對照受測者經過實際體驗後對於在室外接聽手機、室內一對一交談對於聽覺清晰度高，其他項目分數也都在平均值之上，且高於預期的使用效果的分數，表示受測者對使用經驗趨於正向。分析輕度與中度聽力損失者在聽覺清晰度及交談情境，就聽覺清晰度輕度與中度在吵雜與安靜環境並無顯著差異；交談情境方面僅在安靜環境下中度聽力損失者對使用行動電話的評分高於輕度聽力損失者。耳內式藍牙聽覺輔助設備可以提供輕度和中度聽力損失者於某些需求的溝通情境下給予協助，對於中度聽力損失者的效益較為凸顯。
The study aimed to survey the satisfaction of using in-ear Bluetooth assistive listening device (ALD). Thirty one participants with mild and moderate bilateral sensorineural hearing loss were recruited in the study. The average age was 39.68. Twenty seven participants have not used hearing aids and assistive listening devices. The results showed better conversation intelligibility under quiet and noisy conditions by using Bluetooth assistive listening device. The highest rate of willing to use ALD was in meeting or party. Followed by was in classes or lectures. Participants could hear clearly when they were conversation in general, noise environment and telephone used as the highest satisfaction rate. The second were easy to wear on and ease of use. The highest expectation rate of intelligibility under different situation were in meeting, using mobile phone and in classes. When comparing with real experienced the ALD, participants felt higher intelligibility in outdoor mobile phone used and indoor face to face conversation. Other items were graded above average and higher in expectation of used. Participants were benefit after used the ALD. The analysis of hearing intelligibility and conversation under noise and quiet environments revealed no significant differences for people with mild and moderate hearing loss. People with moderate loss graded higher rate of conversation scenario of mobile phone in quiet than people with mild loss. The in-ear Bluetooth assistive listening device could provide certain communication needs for people with mild and moderate hearing loss. The benefit was obviously for people with moderate loss.
