    Title: 民眾接受心肺復甦術訓練課程前後知識、態度及相關因素之探討
    The Research of Knowlidge,Attitude and Related Factors of the Public before and Receving Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Training Courses

    Abstract: 本研究旨在探討一般民眾接受心肺復甦術訓練課程之前後知識、態度及其相關因素,以了解學習成效及影響學習的因素。本研究採立意取樣,以民國90年6月1日至同年12月31日間,接受中部某醫學中心所舉辦急救訓練之382位學員為研究對象,每位學員均完成18小時之急救訓練課程,並於授課前及授課後發給問卷自填,合計課前、課後各回收350份的有效問卷。資料經整理後,以SPSS10.0版套裝軟體去進行統計分析。結果顯示:所有學員經過本次訓練後,在專業知識的學習成效上有進步,且有顯著的差異(P<0.05);在學習的相關因素方面,不論學員之性別、教育程度、婚姻狀況、子女的有無、職業別、本身是否為醫護人員、以及學習經驗與動機為何,其學習成效均具顯著的相關性(P<0.05),但57.7%的學員曾有學習心肺復甦術的經驗,而實際運用者僅佔10.4%;在學習的態度方面,如學習心態、施救動機與意願,使否願代為推廣等,則未見統計上的差異。學員接受訓練之次數多寡與學習成效據相關性,而每次訓練之間隔時間長短,則比較不具影響。本研究結果可作為日後推廣心肺復甦術訓練課程時,如何找出較佳的施教對象與方式,並作相關課程改善之參考。
    The aims of this study was to discuss the knowledge, attitudes and related factors of the public before and after receving CPR traning courses, and to understand and learning effects and factors that influenced the public gain knowledge. The study period was from June 1st, 2001 through December 31th at the same year, and the collected samples were 382 participants who receiving first aid training by a medical center of central region of Taiwan. Each participant must have completed 18 hours od the first aid training courses. Questionnaires were ask for participant finished by themselves before and after the training courses, and we retrieved 350 effective samples finally. After arranging the collected data, we use SPSS10.0 version software to analyze it. The results showed that all participants had significant improvement upon their learned effects of professional knowledge after finishing this training curriculum, and the differences between before and after the learning courses were apparent (P value<0.05).There were revealed obvious correlations (P value<0.05) in the part of related factor about studying, regardless of participants’sexes, eduction degrees, married statuses, accompanied children, occupation, medical staffs, and no matter what studied experiences and motive they had. Although 57.7%of trainees had experiences in learning CPR courses. but they only 10.4% had actual practice experiences. There were no statistical differences in the part of attitudes about studying, such as studied attitudes, helping reasons and willingness, and inclinations to popularize CPR concepts. For the participant, the frequency of accepting training courses studying were related to their effects, but tiny influences on the interval of each training program. In the future, the results of this research can become a model for finding what targets and approaches were fit to spread CPR training courses, and for promoting the related programs.
