    Abstract: 本研究以醫療級專利動力呼吸器作為模型,改良專利動力呼吸器以做為商業化之產品,並與愛恩佳產學合作研發,與明江貿易股份有限公司商業化推廣。本產品是與疾病管制署共同合作開發,在推廣方面除了與私人企業合作外,也與疾病管制署合作推廣,增加機場防疫效能;亦適合用來對抗日趨嚴重的中國大陸之沙塵暴汙染及霾害。在產品的推廣方面,同時推廣專利動力呼吸器及本計畫改良後之專利動力呼吸器。本計畫與順力西科技股份有限公司合作,將廠商之「連續式正壓呼吸器」與本計畫的改良之專利動力呼吸器,由特殊設計接頭互相連接使這兩項產品能夠連接使用。透過專利動力呼吸器之空氣過濾,讓患者減少過敏、氣喘、睡眠障礙、睡眠呼吸中止症之產生。 根據世界衛生組織(WHO)2012年估計每年約有7百萬人死於空氣汙染危害,統計顯示空氣污染與心臟疾病、呼吸道疾病及癌症有密切的關係。目前空氣汙染造成的中風成為新興的全球化風險因子,根據美國心臟協會整理在最新的科學報告中顯示懸浮微粒PM)為造成心血管疾病的發病與死亡的重要因子。在空氣汙染對於小孩的危害方面,更有研究指出空氣汙染極易引發兒童過敏、氣喘等疾病。在2003年,台灣、大陸、新加坡等亞洲地區爆發嚴重急性呼吸道症候群(SARS)造成相當大的傷害,目前台灣遵行美國疾病防治局(CDC)之建議,醫護人員穿戴隔離衣並使用N95拋棄式口罩照護SARS病患,雖然N95口罩可提供一般醫護人員足夠的保護,但當在隔離病房照顧SARS病患之醫療人員執行會產生氣膠治療或插管、抽痰、清理廢棄物等高暴露危害的醫療行為時,應採取更高等級之防護具,包括使用N100或P100等高等級濾材或採用更密合的半面型或全面型面體之防護器材。
    This study use medical patent powered air-purifying respirator as sample model, and improve it to be commercial product. This study cooperates with I & J (Innovation & Justness) Medical Technology, Ltd to research and development powered air-purifying respirator as well as cooperates with MIC-Mercury Trading co., Ltd to promote powered air-purifying respirator(PAPR) and improved PAPR. This product is researched and developed with Centers for Disease Control R.O.C., and it could increase epidemic prevention of airport. By the way, it is suited to fight dust and haze. In the promotion of the product, this plan would promote PAPR and improved PAPR. The improved PAPR connect to continuous positive airway pressure respirator produced by SLS Medical Technology Corp. Ltd with specially designed fittings. Therefore, the patient who uses the product can improve allergen, asthma, sleep disorder and sleep apnea. World Health Organization (WHO) estimated 7 million air pollution deaths each year. This statistics suggest close relationship between air pollution and diseases including respiratory, cardiovascular diseases and cancer. Currently, stroke caused by air pollution becomes emerging global risk factor. The American Heart Association concluded in an updated scientific statement that particulate matter (PM) plays a causal role in cardiovascular morbidity and mortality. And many studies indicate that air pollution results in allergen, asthma and other diseases. In 2003, many countries including Taiwan, China, Singapore and others Asia countries broke out Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome(SARS), and these countries were hurt severely by SARS. Currently, Taiwan complies with America Centers for Disease Control (CDC) recommendations that medical staff wear gowns and use mostly disposable N95 masks to care for SARS patients. N95 masks may protect medical staff from SARS infection in ordinary condition. However it's better to use the higher protective equipment with the higher level of filters including N100 or P100, and more close together half-surface or full-surface protective equipment when medical staff execute highly exposed and hazardous medical behavior such as intubation, suctioning, cleaning up waste and aerosol- producing cure.
