    Title: 桃園縣高中職學生吸菸行為之相關探討─跨理論模式之應用

    Abstract: 本研究為一橫斷式調查,目的是驗證跨理論模式應用在桃園地區高中職學生吸菸行為之可行性,並瞭解桃園地區高中職學生的吸菸盛行率。係以分層隨機抽樣方式,選取桃園地區兩所高中及兩所高職的學生進行問卷調查,並以結構式問卷收集資料,有效樣本為1011名。
    本研究結果發現(1)桃園地區高中職學生的吸菸率18.4%,男生吸菸率為30.0%,女生為8.0%,高中(普通科)學生吸菸率為12.7%,高職(職業類科)學生為24.1%,高一學生吸菸率為18.2%,高二學生為19.8%,高三學生為17.2%。(2)吸菸行為階段與拒菸自我效能及吸菸行為壞處認知為負相關,而與吸菸行為好處認知和決策權衡為正相關。(3)不同吸菸行為階段高中職學生的拒菸自我效能有顯著差異,拒菸自我效能以思變前期學生最高,其次為思變期學生、行動期學生,而最低則為維持期學生。(4)不同吸菸行為階段高中職學生的決策權衡顯著不同,以思變前期學生最低,行動期學生第二低,思變期學生第二高,而以維持期學生最高。
    本研究建議,若要進行青少年反菸教育,應針對不同吸菸階段學生提供不同介入計劃,並加強學生面臨這些吸菸誘惑情境時的拒絕技巧,以提升其拒菸自我效能,並降低思變期和維持期學生對吸菸好處的認同,增強思變前期和行動期學生對吸菸壞處的認同,將有助於改善高中職學生的吸菸情形。
    The purposes of this cross-sectional study were to examine the feasibility to apply the framework of the transtheoretical model to senior school students’ smoking behaviors in Taoyuan ; and to assess the prevalence of smoking cigarettes of senior school students. A structured questionnaire survey was collected. For instruments, the STAQ, the SE, and the DBSI scales were used to gather data in this study. A random sample of 1011 senior school students was recruited from two senior high schools and two senior vocational schools in Taoyuan.
    The results of this study showed that (1) The ratio of smoking cigarettes was 18.4℅, boy was 30℅, girl was 8.0℅, high school students was 12.7℅, vocational school students was 24.1℅. (2) The self-efficacy and the pros of smoking were negative correlated to the stages of smoking, but the cons of smoking and DBSI were positive correlated to the stages of smoking. (3) The self-efficacy of students at each stages of smoking was significant different. The scores of self-efficacy to resist in starting smoking, the students who were at pre-contemplation stage was the first higher, the students who were at contemplation stage was the second higher, the students who were at action stage was the second lower, the students who were at maintenance stage was the first lower. (4) The DBSI of students at each stages of smoking was also significant different. The scores of DBSI, the students who were at pre-contemplation stage was the first lower, the students who were at action stage was the second lower, the students who were at contemplation stage was the second higher, the students who were at maintenance stage was the first higher.
    Based on this study, the study findings suggested that the interventions to prevent smoking cigarettes for senior school students should be on the basis of the transtheoretical model.
