    摘要: 研究背景:過去的研究提到選手之慣用手肩關節後側肌群容易產生緊繃,這可能造成肩關節周邊肌肉力量與本體感覺缺損,先前的研究報告指出,使用睡眠者牽拉能夠增加肩關節關節活動度,但過去研究並沒有探討肌內效貼紮介入後之影響。研究目的:探討肌內效貼紮與睡眠者牽拉方式介入,對於盂肱關節內轉角度缺損之棒球選手肩關節活動度、肌肉力量與本體感覺之影響。研究方法:本研究徵召31位年齡介於18至30歲之棒球選手,分為肌內效貼紮組、睡眠者牽拉組與控制組。肌內效貼紮於肩外轉肌群與水平外展肌群,使用電子關節角度測量儀測量其肩關節內轉、外轉與水平內收之關節活動度與本體位置覺;另外使用電子肌肉力量測量儀測量其肩關節內轉、外轉與水平外展之肌肉力量與本體力量覺。使用單因子變異數分析三組間之關節活動度、肌肉力量與本體感覺之前後改變量。結果與討論:肌內效貼紮組與睡眠者牽拉組之肩關節內轉、外轉、總旋轉與水平內收角度皆優於控制組;肌內效貼紮組肩關節外轉肌肉力量進步優於睡眠者牽拉組與控制組;肌內效貼紮組肩關節水平內收本體位置覺進步優於睡眠者牽拉組與控制組。結論: 肌內效貼紮與睡眠者牽拉可改善肩關節內外轉與水平內收之關節活動度,但對於部分肌肉力量與本體感覺方面來看,肌內效貼紮介入優於睡眠者牽拉。
    Background: Past research had observed the posterior shoulder tightness and the internal rotation deficit of the shoulder that repeated the throwing. It might also cause the deficit of the shoulder muscle strength and the proprioception. Previous studies reported that sleeper stretch could increase the shoulder range of motion for rotation, but the effects of kinesiotape intervention were not investigated. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to understand the effect of kinesiotaping and sleeper stretch intervention on the shoulder range of motion, muscle strength, and proprioception for baseball players with glenohumeral internal rotation deficit. Methods: Thirty-one baseball players participated in this study (aged between 18 and 30). They were divided into the kinesiotape group (KT), the sleeper stretch group (SS), and the control group. The kinesiotape was applied to shoulder external rotators and abductor. We used a digital goniometer to measure the internal/external rotation and the horizontal adduction range of the motion of the shoulder, as well as the position sense. The internal/external rotation and the horizontal abduction muscle strength, as well as the strength sense were measured by the digital hand-held dynamometer. Statistical Analysis: One-way ANOVA was used to analyze the change of pre-test and post-test range of motion, the muscle strength, and the proprioception value of 3 groups. Results: After the intervention, regarding the performance of the internal/external rotation and horizontal adduction range of motion, the KT group and the SS group are better than the control group. Regarding the external rotation muscle strength, the KT group is better than the SS group and the control group. Regarding the horizontal adduction position sense, the KT group is better than the SS group and the control group. Conclusion: Both of the kinesiotape and the sleeper stretch intervention can improve the shoulder internal/external rotation and the horizontal adduction range of motion. However, regarding the muscle strength and the position sense, the kineiotape is better than the sleeper stretch.
