踝關節扭傷是下肢常見的運動傷害,發生一次踝關節扭傷後,可能會再度發生踝關節 扭傷或演變成慢性腳踝不穩定,因此會造成腳踝在神經肌肉動作控制上的改變,現今 有一種新式的彈性貼布相當熱門,是由日本學者發明的肌內效貼布貼紮法,但是肌內 效貼紮對於踝關節扭傷或慢性腳踝不穩定族群的研究並未有太多相關的科學性驗證, 然而踝關節傷害又是運動傷害發生比率最高的,因此本研究之目的是了解肌內效貼紮 對於慢性腳踝不穩定運動員之肌電活化情形。本研究預計分為控制組及慢性較踝不穩 定組,進行垂直跳落地後腓腸肌、腓骨肌群、及脛前肌肌電活化之均方根值及三條肌 肉之收縮順序。預期將可瞭解在接受肌內效貼紮後對小腿肌群肌電活化及肌肉協調性 的效益及並提供可將研究成果應用於慢性腳踝不穩定之運動員上。 Ankle sprain are the most common type of sports injuries. Once an ankle sprain, it may occurred repeated ankle sprain or resulted in chronic ankle instability. It was also impaired the neurnomuscular control of ankle. A newly elastic tape is calling Kinesio Taping, which was invented by Japan scholar. However, less scientific evidence was examining the effect of Kinesio Taping for athletes with chronic ankle instability. Therefore, the purpose of this study will be examining the effect of Kinesio taping on elecomyographic (EMG) activation for chronic ankle instability (CAI). The subjects of this study will divide into healthy control group and CAI group. All subjects will receive jumping and landing test and be exam the EMG root mean square and activation sequence of gastrocnemius, peroneus muscles, and anterior tibialis muscle.
